Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time, right in the app:

  1. Open Encue and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete Account, then confirm twice.

This permanently erases your account and everything in it: your profile and photo, watchlist, lists, ratings, reviews, Journal, follows, and recommendations. It cannot be undone. Can't get into the app? Email privacy@encue.app and we'll delete it for you.
